Saturday, September 6 - Hatha Yoga & Chakra Class w/ Megan10-11AM, by donation We will be continuing our chakra sessions in class. Beginning with our first chakra, we'll work our minds and energy to help open the lines of our conciousness and help bring our prana up and out. Each session will be dedicated to the next chakra in line, with informative handouts, discussions, meditation and of course a good thorough hatha practice in correspondence.
